BPC-157 and TB-500 are the two most popular healing peptides, often used together. BPC-157 excels at localized tissue repair and gut healing, while TB-500 provides more systemic healing effects and flexibility improvements.
Both are FDA-approved GLP-1 medications for weight loss and diabetes. Tirzepatide is a newer dual-agonist (GIP/GLP-1) showing greater weight loss in trials, while Semaglutide has more long-term safety data.
Retatrutide is an investigational triple agonist (GIP/GLP-1/glucagon) showing even greater weight loss than Tirzepatide in trials. However, it is not yet FDA-approved, while Tirzepatide is available now.
Both are GHRH analogs that stimulate natural growth hormone production. Sermorelin is FDA-approved with shorter half-life (better for mimicking natural pulses), while CJC-1295 (especially with DAC) offers longer-lasting effects.
Both are growth hormone releasing peptides (GHRPs) that stimulate GH release via ghrelin receptors. Ipamorelin is more selective with fewer side effects, while GHRP-6 is more potent but increases appetite and cortisol.
